At Hopelogy, we believe your digital sanctuary belongs to you. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion, please send an email from the email address associated with your Hopelogy account to:

• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Body: I request the permanent deletion of my Hopelogy account and all associated data.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days. This process is permanent and includes the deletion of:
- Your profile information and user identifier.
- All conversation history with your AI companions.
- Your journal entries and emotional insights.
- Your personalized voice history.
Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manage your subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
